Default FitDay question

I just registered for FitDay and am quite confused... things say what the carb count is on food and eggs but then I put it into Fitday and it ends up being 15g of carbs??? Could someone check my profile and tell me what's wrong... it says foods eaten today: 4g carbs and then it says 'Calories eaten today' in the area below that and totals to 15g of carbs! What am I doing wrong???

Hey!
Did you read the fitday how to's at the start of the newbie section? 'm sure you're question will be answered. also, check your portion size; the default proportions on fitady are enormous. for instance that shredded cheese you ate- the default serving is probably a cup. You didn't eat two cups of shredded cheese, did you? : > )

If you check the ingredients for "fried eggs", you will probly find that butter/oil is INCLUDED. For my egg counts I just use the "boiled" egg and then seperately include what ever I have with it: butter, mayo etc.

You will also find that fiber is included in your bottom line carb count. I have "customized" most all of my usual foods to leave out the fiber.
