If you have a Trader Joe's near you, they sell Atkins shakes for $6.99/4-pack.

Default Lovin the Atkins shakes!

I love the Atkins ready made shakes. My favorite is vanilla, capachino comes in 2nd. I havent tried the chocolate royale yet tho. I buy them in cases of 12 at Sams club for $20. I like my shakes thick and creamy, like a melted milkshake. I just bought the Keto shake mix in egg nog (Ive been craving egg nog so bad!!) and its pretty good. I think when I make it tomorrow for breakfast I'll spinkle a little cinnamon, pumpkin spice, or nutmeg on top. Its not egg noggy enough...and I wish it were nice and thick without adding the heavy whipping cream (that stuff makes me feel so stinkin fat!!!) but I suppose Ill live.

I'm glad to hear that SOMEBODY else like the premade Atkins shakes! I've since tried three other brands of comparable chocolate-type shakes, both drinking straight...and in my coffee... and none of them compare to the Atkins ones. The Pure Protein brand was the MOST disgusting, followed by the incredibly watered down EAS brand.

I've since decided that the Creamy Vanilla Atkins shake tastes better in my coffee than the Chocolate Royale. I have a hard time telling the difference between coffee with that AND a real latte' !!

I have tried the ATkins chocolate shake and it tasted ok. I was just glad to have something different that tasted like a milkshake. But personally, I like the Keto chocolate shakes 100times better than Atkins. I think they are definitely worth trying once if you don't like Atkins.

I think the Atkins creamy vanilla is great! I don't drink them too often, tho, not wanting to risk weight loss stall. But it is great when you are in a hurry and need something in the engine.

The EAS shakes are acceptable (and cheaper), but ARE kind of watery.

I will check out Tradr Joe's for the Atkins shakes, thanks NJSweets!

Just had a strawberry Atkins shake for breakfast this morning.....I thought it tasted like a nestley
quick shake.
Maybe even a bit sweeter then that would be.

I don't know what you don't like about those Atkins shakes, but I love them!!!! Especially the Chocolate Royale!! Something I do occasionally is add a bit of heavy whipping cream, and some ice and throw it all in the blender with the shake and ooooooh it's almost like a milkshake!!!

Not to be rude....

But my lunch tasted horrible today so I grabbed an Atkin's Shake (Chocolate), and it tasted like crap.

I think that I will be buying a different flavor from now on.

Actually, I LOVE the chocolate royalle -- isn't it amazing how different people are!

One thing, though, I accidently froze one trying to get it cold, then stuck it in the fridge to thaw out and it was AWFUL!

They need to be VERY cold, but definitely not frozen.
