Funny, I was just in my journal lamenting about my lack of progress and then I read this thread. Good timing.

It is still hard when the weight loss slows down, even after almost a year on program. But I do have faith that CAD is the right WOE for me and I will keep plugging away at it.

Slow and steady for me too. I was looking back on my journal and thinking ooooh is that all I have lost. Well, that's a bad attitude. It's 10 lbs less fat on my internal organs and hanging around my waist. I will do this plan for the rest of my life. There's no hurry here!!

Same here, Jalera.. Ten pounds doesn't sound like much, but when you carry it all day..... I somtimes think that if I could only reach goal (or even something CLOSE to goal), I could handle being on plan so much better. Oh well, nothing to do but keep on keeping on, and just wait those pounds out. At least we know now that we have the power!

i've lost a solid pound. last weeks average 180.14 this weeks average 179.14. But i weighed in at 180 this morning. My RM's have been late, this week. Since recommiting myself to cad, in January the scale is finally moving. I had 7 months of not doing cad the right way for me, ie..having to much milk in coffee, sweetners, and eating for four during RM's.
i feel slimer...i really do, But the scale is bouncing up and down 2 pounds. My tummy and hips are smaller.
