Brand new to the forum and first day of my keto diet. As my name suggests, I am quickly approaching 40 years old and finally in the right mindset to see this through and get healthy and fit. I am married with two school-age kids. Planning our first Disney vacation in December. I want to get in shape so my asthma won't kick my butt from all the walking and actually want to be in the pictures. Not quite sure where else to post but will keep looking around.

You can start your very own journal to track your journey.
Look on the first page with all of the tabs and go to the section marked journals. Look on the top left and click on tab to start a new thread.
Name your journal, click submit and you're off!
One place to start is the Newbie Questions sub-forum, advice sticky pinned at top. Important to "know your plan", one good resource for the Keto Diet is https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/keto.
