I've never seen or heard of this. Is it one of those mixes to put in milk to make cocoa? What is the sweetner used in it?

I would imagine it would fall under your sweet treat allowance for the day. In Phase 1 you are allowed 75-100 calories worth of a sweet treat per day! Enjoy!

I've had it before and I don't think it tastes very good at all. Has a chemical-like after taste. You would be better off making your own.
