To much cardio - to maximize fat loss you should aim for at least 45 minutes everyday, but no more than 60 minutes per session. Also, check your diet, most people don't need to count calories when doing Atkins, but when you get closer to goal, most people need to. Even with all the exercise, you may not be getting a calorie deficit because your eating to much. Or, you may be eating to little for the amount of calories your burning. Also, take measurements, you could be getting smaller but not seeing it on the scale.
