Do you have a plan to follow?? IF not, the Atkins plan is available here under the section for each type of LC diet plans. It is the basic rules and list of foods and a great primer. I do suggest finding one of the used books Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution.

You are likely to see better sucess by following a plan. THere are hiccups along the way, and the book above, covers 90% of them.

Eat your salt. That can be the biggest issue when starting.
