Question Keto-sticks anyone?

Wondering where in the UK (shops preferably) i can buy ketosticks? i found some on amazon for a tenner but i don't need 100!! don't fancy paying that much plus a fiver S&H...can anyone help? xx

wow you got a lecture? what did they say? they were ok when i got them, took them 100 years to figure out how much they cost though lol x

Hi I got mine from the local chemist. about £5. I cut mine down the middle so they last me longer (split them in half) and still give me a reading just fine.

I bought generic ones on Amazon and they were very cheap, 100 in the pack.

You can get them in most pharmacies/chemists, but it appears they keep them behind the counter so you have to ask for them.

Boots will have them!

Urine keto sticks are almost useless, for accurate ketone measuring a blood ketone meter is far more accurate
