Default Holland and Barrett Whey Protein

Hi, Im new to this and struggling with breakfast. At the moment I tend to buy Atkins individual shakes for £2 each. I cant do hot food during mornings and these suit me whilst following the Atkins. However, my hubby is following the plan too and its costing a small fortune to keep us in shakes.
I hear Holland and Barrett do a low cal, high protein Whey shake in a 908 gram tin. Its buy one get one free at the moment.
Does anyone know whether this is suitable for Atkins and if so which is the best flavour please?

Does it not show the carb count on the label? I might pop in to Holland & Barret5 at the weekend, and if I do, I'll try to check for you.

They have entries for all the various flavours too.

To avoid over eating protein, maybe add some cream or other fat if you use these. Remember - Atkins is a high fat not high protein way of eating
