No/Low Carb dressings/sauces etc
I dont suppose any one knows of any low carb or even no carb sauces/dressings i can make without much effort, even buy them to jazz up my salads a little.
I have just been billy basic and putting a few dashes of malt vinegar on the salad and a bit of mayo - not very creative i know.

Have a look through our recipe section, Jamie. The Soups, Sauces and Appetizers and Salads Veggies & Side Dishes subforums both have recipes for dressings and sauces. If you check the "Contents" stickies you'll find links to all recipes ever posted there.
You can find mayo without sugar if you read lots of labels!
Waitrose sell one made by Delouis Fils.
Tracklements (who sell mainly through small specialist delicatessens I think as well as their website - tracklements.co.uk) do one too. Pricey but a good taste.
You can make a basic salad dressing with lemon juice, vinegar, olive, oil, water (in about equal amounts) plus crushed garlic, and artificial sweetener. Shake it all together and there you are!

I use Walden farms sauces that are cal free as well as carb free. they can be a little expensive but taste good.
I get them on the web and they only take a few days to deliver them.
I use the lowcarb megastore which you will find if you google or http://www.lowcarbmegastore.com/
