Usually, it is about 60-80 grams of protein a day from a meat source. You can google any food for a listing of the content. Beef is different, than eggs, which is different than chicken. SKin on? Marbling? Small egg or jumbo?
4-6 oz serving of meat is the typical serving.
It is ok to eat 4 oz 2-3 times a day. The quality of the protein can help make sure you get all the essential amino acids, ie. animal proteins.
Hope this helps. Welcome.
