Yes, aspartame does make some people stall, but I would make two comments in your case.
Firstly, you are very near your goal and weight loss slows right down towards the end, making it difficult to shift the last few pounds - thus it may not be the aspartame, but just your body resisting!
Secondly, why are you still eating at induction levels when you are so near to goal? You should really have been eating more veggies as carbs for some time - it's not good for the body to stay on induction so long. You might also find that when you come off induction you will regain quickly. That's what OWL (ongoing weight loss) is all about - you slowly add more carbs into your diet whilst you are losing so that you can find your own healthy carb level.
