you just grate a bout a tablespoon of parmesan for each cracker and nuke them for 2 minutes.thats on 600 setting.

Steve I cut one cheese slice diagonally, on a plate in the micro for 1 min 30 on high, they puffed up and had a nice crunchy texture, but the second time I tried them they were disgusting!

what kind of cheese did you use kelly?

Tonight I used Somerfield's packaged sliced cheese (like the kraft ones), like I said, the first batch had a funny acidic aftertaste but the texture was fantastic, the second batch I used 2 slices cut diagonally and after 2 mins they weren't cooked so I did them for another 30 secs and they were rubbish

i,ve only tried making the crackers with chedder and parmasan, not the slices.
