barb712, you have to understand that M Levac obviously is not serious (if he is that is another issue) while you and I simply look for a pragmatic solution that works.

That's the wrong way to say it, dude. If you disagree, just say "I disagree". Imagine I'm the one who said that, like so:

"barb712, you have to understand that Manger obviously is not serious (if he is that is another issue)"

Where do we go from there, hm? Well, the obvious is to ask "Manger is not serious" in what way? Then we ask what other issue is it if Manger is serious? As we can see, it leads to irrelevant tangents.

Back to the topic, which is that you found something that works, I'll quote a previous post that exposed the fact that you've said that before, yet it wasn't actually true as you acknowledged immediately thereafter:

ps, did you find that calcium stopped working for you?: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showpost...51&postcount=17

And all I said was keep looking for the cause. It's obvious to all that you found something that works for now, twice. It's equally obvious to all that what you found this time around isn't actually THE solution. I've been down that road so many times looking for the cause of my problem, and I've always been wrong, until recently after lots and lots of trial and error, lots and lots of reading and thinking and discussing. And even then, I'm not completely certain. Granted, my problem is complex with a list of symptoms as long as my arm. Your problem is very simple by comparison. It should be easier to figure out your problem, but in my opinion you should analyse it in as much detail as you're able, if only to make sure that this isn't just the latest yet wrong solution.

I will leave all the analyzing to you. I am happy that I have not experienced any cramps for over two months. I consider that the definite answer and am closing the book on this issue. Obviously, in your book that is not enough so let's keep searching in murky areas, maybe the answer will be revealed in a few more years of experimenting.
