This morning I fixed myself an omlet for breakfast using 2 eggs, a crumbled piece of breakfast sausage, a little chopped onion, and shredded Pepper Jack cheese. It was delicious! This IS ok on the induction I hope???

yes, it sounds fine (and delicious!) Just be sure to count all the carbs in your daily total.

Sounds like a great breakfast! Something else I often do is make my three egg omelett with some chopped spinach, sliced mushrooms, a bit of shredded cheese (any kind that I have) and a dash of garlic powder.....DEE-LISH!!!
