Hi, I am new and I am using the daily entries for food. Can you add an option to "Add to All Meals" in the dropdown menu? For example, I would like to be able to add "water" to breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time instead of doing it for each meal separately. Great Tool!

Thanks,
Talah

I was having (still am) some issue regarding real specialty items such as Poly-D--with the calories/carb/fiber--not analyzing out. Perhaps to add an overide button to accept the food as entered when the screen comes up that the nutritional count is skewed. That way--the user know the nutritonal count is skewed/wrong and doesn't add up but the user chooses to use the nutritional count as entered.

It would be good when posting to the journal if it would show the PECC or the net carbs.

I think it depends on how you have your settings. My settings are to show PECC. When I export to my journal, it lists PECC (or net carbs) as Fiber. After it comes up in my journal, I go in and edit all the fiber to say net carbs.

I have seen other people's where the fiber is fiber and not net carbs (PECC).

It would be nice though, if your setting are to display PECC, that when you export it would be labeled as PECC.

HTH.

Default Adding food to the list

I would be cool in one were able to add custom food to the list. Like, if you buy a storebought lowcarb bread you could enter the values. Also it would be neat if you could enter in grams (i am from DK) that is not per default 100. Perhaps in a scale like 10-20-30 and so forth up to 100. I know ounces have been suggested but grams would be cool for us using that value. Also being able to put your weight in in kilos istead of the value used.
Thats about it.

You can enter custom foods, and you can enter the data in grams other than 100. Check the custom foods page.

I do Ashtanga (Power) Yoga 6 days a week for about an hour a day and there's nothing of the sort listed in the options for excersize. If I had any clue how much it 'burned' I'd add it my self.

Can it be added to the drop down or can someone tell me how I can learn how much it burns?

Thanks!

A suggestion-if it has been suggested before, then consider this a seconded.

I love the charts and graphs. However, I would also like to see the numbers accompanying them. FOr example, the calculated bf graph is nice, but I would like to see the % number, not just a graphic.

Hi, Wa'il--
First let me congratulate you on this wonderful website. It has changed my life and enhanced my understanding greatly.
I am trying to get the MyPlan going. I've kept some fairly minute records on paper, but can't figure out how to input anything from the past unless it lands on day 15 of the month. I could change the month or the year, but not the day.
I haven't gotten very far, so it is the first problem I've encountered.
Thank you.

There should be a scrolling list with day, month and year in the navigation drop down list.

When you add a new food or supplement into My P.L.A.N., there is no chromium blank... I know it's not one of the main minerals, but a lot of supplements do contain it.

Also, I take green tea supplements and it'd be nice to be able to enter in Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), too. It's usually counted in mg.
