Default New to BODYOPUS- few questions

Hey guys- I'm interested in the BODYOPUS or similar plans. I am 23, in Pharmacy school, and need a change. I am 5-8, 184 lbs. Not fat, not thin, just THERE.

I've have been reading for two weeks now and will continue for a while B4 I start. I have read Bodyopus twice and everything on the forum along with tons of other things. I have a few questions.

I will soon be taking ALOT of entrance exams for Pharmacy School. Will the start of the Bodyopus affect mental performace? I need PEAK mental performance. I have considered witing til after my tests to start. How would Heavy Bag boxing fit in with the Bodyopus plan. I train on a heavy bag about 45min three times a week. Can I continue this or will it deplete me to the point where I can't do much on my friday training?

I have other questions but I will asked those as time progresses-

Thanks

Yes. Expect mental unclarity for the first few days.

Count it as cardio ... I take it you train in "rounds"? That would be perfect as interval style training ... Still, do not neglect standard cardio.

I promise to get deeper into answers of future questions, but I am on may way out to a WWF event right now ...
