People are brainwashed to not be able to tell the difference between scale weight and body fat. I'm a dude, but a friend of mine who is very athletic and muscular (in an attractive way, not the gross way) weights almost 150lbs, flat stomach, toned, what I think most would say is the kind of body most working out would want to achieve. She's also a personal trainer. Whenever her clients come and and can't get scale weight not mattering out of their head she weighs them and then hops on the scale herself, she says EVERY time, that's where that mindset ends! People just need to see it for themselves.
