Stairway to fitness....
Spending time walking those stairs will most definately make a difference, especially in shaping up your legs. Put on some headphones, when you can't hear yourself breathing like you're about to die, it seems to help. I HAVE to have music when I exercise. If there is ever a break in the music--all of the sudden I lose the ability to continue. But then, you might not have been planning to invest that much time walking stairs .
