Cool New Here! Sugar Addicted Vegitarian...

Hi..

I've been trying to lose 20 pounds for the last 20 years

I am pretty healthy, workout often, but have always had fatigue and sugar addiction.

I'm trying to set things right, once and for all.

Welcome aboard!

It will be interesting to hear how well a vegetarian LC diet shapes up and performs. I hope you start a journal here.

Best of luck to ya.

I forgot all about the vegetarian forum - I've noticed it a couple of times as I've scanned down the list.

I didn't mean to mislead you, Rachel. I am anything but a vegetarian - I like beef in a big way - but I do have an academic curiosity for how well a vegiLC diet works.

I'm pretty sure that I've seen a user whose username was VegiLC or something similar.

Good luck

Go up to the sticky at the top of the thread listing in this forum on how to start a journal and it will tell you what you need to do.

You'll find that keeping a journal is a very beneficial thing.
