Default Recycle that salad!

Don't throw out the leftover salad.
Take your salad, dressing, tomatoes, cucumbers and everything else you put on your salad. Chop it up real fine (I use the food processor thing). Use it as a spread with your tuna sandwich or any sandwich. Tastes great!

Sounds great Cheryl! Think I'll try it. Maybe add a few sliced black olives and sour cream or mayo.
I just had strawberry jam (no sugar added) on a piece of rye grain pumpernickle bread. Coming from Atkins to Sugar Busters this feels like cheating. Hope I can still lose weight like this.
Time will tell.

Cheryl: I bet that would be great stuffed in a WW Pita! Yum!

Quincey: I have a PBJ Sandwich a couple of times a week for lunch. Just use SF Peanut Butter and All-Fruit Spread on Whole Grain Bread.

When I first made the transition from PPP to Sb I felt like I was cheating too. I as so shocked when I actually lost weight!

Cheryl: there really are so many choices of good things to eat if one gets a little creative eh? My wife tells me I'm pretty good at throwing stuff together and making it come out good. It helps that I used to cook for a living (then I was a welder, a highway hauler and a logger, how's that for diametrically opposed jobs?).
Anyway I appreciate the tips, they make this wol easier.

Molly: I think my weight loss will be a little slower eating legal carbs but as long as we continue to lose then I am sure this can become a wol for Donna and I.
But I wonder what to do now with all those "Ketosticks"? Make artistic arangements? Should I try to turn the tips purple for colour first?
