Thumbs up Karen - Question re: Italiano Meatloaf

Hi, Karen.

I was just wondering if you had the nutritional breakdown on this recipe. If not, no biggie.... I can do it on Fitday tonight.

I gotta tell ya.......this meatloaf was fabulous!!! I'm having leftovers for lunch today!

Thank you for the wonderful recipes. It's really helped the whole family adapt (along with me) to this WOE!

I'm glad to here you enjoyed it!

Sorry I don't! This was a "long time ago" recipe where I had to figure everything out manually on a spread sheet and only the carbs at that! Nothing else.

Try the Two Fat Ladies meatloaf next. It's my favourite!

Karen

Karen, do you have software that figures out the calories, carbs, etc. when you enter all the ingredients? May I ask the name of the software, where to buy it and how much it costs?

Thumbs up Thanks for the reminder...

I love this meatloaf...

...the sundried tomatoes are sooo good.

Love it cold as leftovers or warmed up with eggs!

Thanks for the reminder...
