I'm starting to look for lower fat options to add to my diet. I've been a low carb / high fat person for the past two and a half years but a recent LDL cholesterol test ( http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=465153 ) has motivated me to find ways to reduce my fat intake.

So I'm doing my normal shopping today and going through the veggie area when I see "Lightlife Gimme Lean Ground Sausage", a soy based faux sausage. I look at the label and it's 7gProtein / 0g Fat / (7-3)=4g Carb. Pretty good! I got it but the taste is just edible at best. Now I'm wondering though if anyone has some recommendations for High Protein / Low Fat / Low Carb options and I thought this forum might be a good place to ask.
