Exclamation Triggers

Well....I have another question: Regarding "triggers"... I purchased some absolutely delicious low carb items today at the health food store...One in particular, is called "Keto Chips"...They are so good....taste sort of like fried wonton wrappers.... I am not going to do this..have only nibbled three chips...but it would be very tempting to eat the whole bag. They are much better than normal tortilla chips. Have others found this to be a problem: The "replacement" food being better than the original...creating the urge to overindulge on it?

Default Triggers

Ooops...I think that I posted in the wrong area...This is the place for creative recipe exchange, not a confessional! Well, I am new to this scene.....It all makes me a little bit dizzy. I will repost this in a more proper area.

Hey Jeff!

No problem. It makes this area a bit more filled out!
