Winter, which never really went away, is back. Sunday night was snow to rain to hard freeze leaving frozen slush and ice everywhere. Tomorrow a snow storm is predicted. Walking has been a challenge this winter.

I decided to start adding the comment UBRT (Upper body resistance/weight training) to this daily log. I like this format for seeing when I last did something so that I don't let too much time pass between sessions. Resistance training can be anything from pushups & planks to lifting weights at the gym. I just need to do something to balance my top half with my muscular bottom half.
