Talking Skeptics - Go Away - Cos CAD Works !!!!

Hi All

I just had to share this with everyone. Those skeptics out there who have been going at me this week listen to this :-

IN THREE DAYS I HAVE LOST 3LB - YEAHHHHHHHHH

I have eaten chocolate, icecream, biscuits and have managed to lose more in 3 days than I have in weeks on atkins.

I'm not knocking atkins in anyway - but CAD is for me if this continues - even 1lb a week will make me a very happy bunny.

Speak to you later

Hey that's great, Tigra!

Everyone is different; and what your body needs will be different at different times. I've done phenomenally well eating <30g of carbs a day and eating +100g of carbs a day - just not during the same time period.

It's wonderful that you found something that works so well for you.

Nat

Thumbs up Understand completely!

I know how you feel. In the past two and a half weeks, I've lost almost 13 pounds! I have had cheesecake, pizza, ice cream and cake within these weeks, it is absolutely amazing.

It is kind of weird to understand how some of the Atkins people can't do this, because Atkins is VERY strict. If you follow the CAD plan, there is no possible way to binge on the reward meal.

Either way, to each his own, I love the courage all low-carbers have to stand up against the grain (hehehe) and show the world that this is the RIGHT way of eating!

Caio!!

Carb addiction, pure and simple. It's like any other addiction. An alcoholic can't just have one drink and the carb addict can't have one dessert or piece of bread no matter when it's eaten.

Not everyone is low-carbing because they want to lose fat.

Smile I beg to Differ

Dear Karen

thank you for your words, but in this instance I beg to differ.

I myself am a true carb addict - but through following CAD I am managing to control this. It can be hard sometimes - but I think if you really want to do something you will.

Also with CAD - because I know I will be getting my next 'fix' within 24 hours - its much easier for me. When on Atkins I found that very difficult - because I thought I would never be able to have them again and I think this is why I fell off the wagon on more than one occasion.

I do agree its like being an alcoholic for some - but for me its the ideal solution to an otherwise impossible task.

I hope you dont mind my comment.

bye for now

Not at all! It's always great to get different points of view so we may all have a greater understanding of what it's like to be in someone else's shoes.
