I came across this recipe in my Low Carb Recipe binder and I cant believe I haven't made it before now !!

These are just great to curb that sweet tooth of mine and yours or anyones. Just hide them from the Hubby and the Kiddies or they will be gone before you know it.

Chocolate Kisses

1 cup whipping cream - whipped
6 oz cream cheese- softened
2 Tbs sour cream
1/4 cup heavy cream-or 1/8 cup cream and 1/8 cup water
1-4 serving size pkg. SF/FF instant chocolate pudding

In a bowl whip the whipping cream and set aside.
In another bowl beat the cream cheese until creamy, add the sour cream and cream and beat again. Add the pudding mix and beat again. This is where I added more water to make the consistency that I thought it should have. Thicker than pudding but easy enough to manage.

Beat this into the whipped cream.

Using a pastry bag with a star tip, or a Zip lock bag with the corner cut off -- this is what I used-- pipe Hershey sized kisses onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Freeze until solid. Store in the freezer.

These little treats are only .2 carbs each !!! Yes you read correctly .2 I got 117 of the little sanity savers.

Thumbs up Wow!

Sounds decadent. I've printed this one out - it's a keeper! Thanks!
