Default Have Easter menu!!!

I have finally got my Easter menu I am having baked ham baked in Stewart's diet vanilla cream soda with cloves. Baked turkey with low carb stuffing, deviled eggs, green beans cooked with bacon, stuffed cheery tomatoes, mashed potatoes( for non carb guest ) with gravy, asparagus with cheese sauce. For desserts, boston cream pie with chocolate mint ice cream for non carber and for me and my sister I am making a Reese Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Pie with low carb vanilla ice cream and sugar free jello Easter Eggs. For beverages, I am having coffee, iced tea and diet soda. I am having 12 people for Easter. So wish me luck. I am going to start cooking Thursday maybe I well be ready by Sunday. Holy Week is very busy with church but I know I will make it. Everyone have a happy Easter.

Your menu sounds yummy. I take my hat off to you for preparing such a big meal in such a busy week.
I'm sure you'll have a great time.

Default Happy Easter

Thanks Rosebud, I love to entertain my family. My neices and nephews still love to visit on the holiday especially now that they have children. Their mother said they are trying to recapture thier youth but my neice said that her fondest memories where the holidays at Aunt Donna and Uncle Al. That really made me feel wonderful. I hope you and your family have a blessed Easter.
Donna

P.S. I am adding low carb ice cream to the menu.
