I have been on Eltroxin (Levothyroxine) for years and it is 0.3mg and I have been on higher. And can not lose weight at all I have try every diet going.
I now have been on this diet for 4 weeks now and haven't lost 1 pound......
What do I do ? I am a very busy people 2 jobs love them both one is where I am moving all the time as a florist but I just can not move the weight .

Maybe you need to get your blood work redone. It might be time for another adjustment in your medication. I had the doctor up mine to drop my TSH level.

After 20 years of being on synthetic thyroid I by passed my dr. and went to an endo. dr. He immediately put me on natural Armour thyroid. What a difference, in 6 weeks I was hyper and had to lower the dose. Armour has both T3 and T4.
