Is anybody doing the British 'Slimming World' plan? It is food separation with green (carb) days and red (protein) days.

I think it's a dressed up version of the Hay diet. Food combining

Hi jaob and Byrne,

Yes, I agree it is simmilar to Hays. I would say simplified rather than dressed up! It is proving easier to folow than Atkins as if I really want pasta or potatoes I just have a green day and have them. It is one of these diets you visit a club every week for public humiliation or approval. This is actually quite motivating and you get lots of cooking tips. I think it only opperates in the UK at the moment.
