Seems like my weight loss is oh-so-slow. I have completely eliminated grains, starchy vegetables and fruits. Dairy really keeps the diet enjoyable so I don't really want to lose that.
What results have others had in eliminating or reducing dairy?
how slow are we talkin, cause my problem was that I was getting on the scale every morning, now I do it once a week. I lose about 4-5 pounds a week, some weeks more some weeks less. I never cut dariy though (cheese). Because I dont know what I would snack on.
