Exclamation Peanut Butter.. Weird..

I gained like 10pounds from my recent binge period..This happened to me before and I lost the weight. So I went and checked out my old menus, activities and journal entries on Fitday to see how I lost it.
This was a couple of months ago. I attempted induction for like the millionth time and made it to 11 days I think. (somewhere around there, very close to the 2 weeks!) I lost 7pounds..

Now for the weird part..
I was eating 2-3tbsp of peanut butter a day..!!!! Of course I still stayed at 20 grams of carbs..And I was also subtracting the dietary fiber from that so it was actually more than 20 carbs.

Then I was told I wasn't supposed to have it on induction so I stopped and ended up failing..

Then last month I did the full 2 week induction perfectly! WITHOUT the peanut butter. I didn't lose 1 freaking pound and it wasn't TOM or anything either..I basically replaced the peanut butter with more oils and butter..

I'm thinking of eating the same exact stuff I did then INCLUDING the peanut butter..Makes sense dosen't it?

How weird is that? I mean I read over and over again that I shouldn't eat it..It seems like it was helping me, not hurting me. The only reason I stopped (despite the weight loss) was because a few people (for the record, it wasn't anyone on this board! lol) said that I might be able to lose more which turned out to be the exact opposite.

Go Figure.

Default If it works

for you, I say eat it. What works for one person doesn't always work for another. You seem to be about the same stats as I am. I didn't check your height, but I am 5 1 1/2 and started out weighing 126 and wanted to go to 115. I ate peanut butter on induction and I am now at 110. I have actually had to add some carbs back...good carbs, veggies and whole wheat grain and brown rice to keep from loosing too much. I love peanut butter!!
