Default soy flour

Not to sure on that Silvia but I will send you an addy that might help you out. There are many kinds of soy flour and you didnt state which kind you were using so I will send you this and you can do it yourself

www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl

sure hope that helps....if you cant get it to work I think it might be in the forum links

Hi Stephanie!

The website you mentioned is extremely useful, especially because sometimes American English is different from my South African English (I live in Italy though), so you won't believe the problems finding a carb listing for zucchini! Then I discovered that you guys call it Summer squash. Also in the States you have a larger number of products so you have about a million listings for cream: here we only get 2 types of cream for example. Fortunately foods are starting to have "Nutrition facts" on the containers. Of couse here we get it in grams, in the lowcarb books everything is in ounces and cups. Hard life for a careful dieter!!!!!

Anyway, thanks again, I appreciate your kindness and speedy answers!!

Silvia
