I need help. I need to get me back on the straight and narrow. I'm off on holiday on the 5th May for a long weekend to Austria and I just know I will come back heavier. I want to lose 5 pounds before I go, I'll probably put it straight back on again but at least I won't then be 5 pounds more than I am now. If you see what I mean!
Going to weigh myself every day and take my body measurements. No alcohol and treats. No use using Fitday as I'm out at parties/meals for the next 4 nights and away at the weekend but I'm going to try to keep to 2000 calories and 25 carbs.
Starting weight - 13 stone 4.8 pounds; (186.8) - Body fat 34.5% (much lower than normal so hopefully some of my recent gains are muscle )

Thanks for joining me. It's early evening here, always the worst time of day for me, starting to feel peckish and fancying all the wrong food. Must try and get through today, the first day is always the worst.
Ahhh, the evenings are the worst for me as well. i sometimes grill a chicken breast, slice it and pick away at it in the evening. it helps... It is mid afternoon here, so i am good so far, no cravings. i think my wanting to eat at night is more habit then anything. i do struggle with it. Anyway, be a good girl and we will do this together.
