Grilled fajita chicken strips from frozen drizzled with coconut oil, Brussels sprouts with butter and salt (left over from yesterday), and sugar-free lime gelatin for dessert.

Grilled fajita chicken strips again today but this time with 1/2 cup of black beans and bagged "veggie lover's" salad, all tossed in a couple of tablespoons of mayo - delicious!

Two eggs fried in butter, and a teriyaki chicken strip and the insides of an egg roll (mostly cabbage) left over from last night's dinner. Cup of decaf coffee with half and half.

Last week I was really craving soups- New England chowder, pumpkin, and chicken and veg (2 days for each).
Last day was slice ekziel bread with egg and avocado.

Snacks were dry roasted wasabi edamame, string cheese, carrots/ bell peppers and baba gnoiush, and trader Joe's freeze dried okra and broccoli crisps.

Siracha tofu and buffalo marinated artichoke hearts (these are awesome if you want.more cover-up 5 net carbs and five fiber)

Snack- raspberry chia pudding
Cinnamon toast tea

Stupid autocorrect- last message was if "you want more fiber" not cover up

Today was beet chips and melted swiss
Snack is raspberry chia pudding
I'm a little light on protein, so will grab a vt farms turkey stick to round it out.
