I guess this is a non-scale victory. I haven't given up in frustration like I did the last 2 times I tried to diet and didn't lose- just ended up gaining more weight when I did that. I'm getting closer to getting the thyroid medication I think I need to be on. Its taking a lot of work to get it.

I am messing up! Yesterday I had 65 carbs and I just ate 4 cookies. These are my only unplanned cheats in 2 months. I've been really happy and enjoying life a lot more than usual, maybe its making me relax too much.
