Default What vitamins do you take to prevent hair loss

I remember a thread back in the day about certain vitamins people took to prevent hair loss. I remember the days when I first did Atkins I had a major hair sheding issue...this time around I want to be on the ball.

B-complex. And vitamin D is certainly good for skin, probably hair as well.

I take a general "women's multivitamin" and also a capsule of lingzhi.

I started taking lingzhi for period cramps a few years ago, but it's supposed to help the immune system as well.

Take plenty of EFA's and Borage oil..Also silica and horestail is great.

Try and take in more sulfur as well...garlic and onions. I like sulfur amino acids like NAC combined with MSM. It is great to take that combo after chemo therpay treatment. I have seen it grow hair back on cancer patients very quickly.

If you need a therapy to halt loss of grow some back PM me. I have a pretty effective treatment and you can buy it all at Walgreens.
