Hi, you can call me fatness.
I'm from PA and I need to lose 200 pounds. I'm hoping to do it with dieting and excising. I'm really like this diet approach so far. I started Tuesday. So far I've lost 8lbs.

Hi fatness, welcome to the forum. I have a brother in PA; went to stay with him and his family in late 2016. That was some nice looking autumnal countryside I remember.

That's a great start to have lost 8lb in less than a week. You'll probably already be aware that the early initial loss will be mostly water weight; don't be discouraged if things slow down for a bit in the weeks to come. My own weight loss was relatively smooth, but it's very common for people to bounce up and down a bit along the way. Patience is key.

Feel free to have a read around, ask questions, maybe even start a journal once you feel comfortable. Good luck!

Hi

Welcome! Lots of good information on here. Keep reading, it's a great place for support. Journaling is a good way of keeping track of what works and what hinders. Members will also chime offering support and suggestions if you are struggling. Nobody is going to say it's easy but being on here certainly helps.
