Unless you use it constantly in a large amount like for a big family or a restaurant, buying that much at a time defeats the purpose because it goes rancid before you can use it.
Even the quart size of the Cali Olive Ranch, I threw away the last 2-3 inches when I replaced it with a fresh bottle because it smelled border-line rancid to me even though it wasn't expired yet. |
