Default Coconut flour for Fluffy Pancakes.. question

Hello, today I tried the Fluffy pancakes in the book, I used stevia and I used Bob's Red Mill Flour Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour instead of the rice flour.
They tasted very very good. And the consistency was very nice also.
But trying to add them in my Plan, I couldn't add the coconut flour in my custum foods. it says that the label is wrong

Bob Red Mills Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour
Nutrition Facts
Serving size 2 Tbsp (14g)
Calories 60
Total Carbohydrate 10 3%
Dietary Fiber 6 g
Sugar 0
Protein 2

I wonder what am I doing wrong... for getting right the label.. Please help? I will like to know its carbohydrate content..
I am soo happy I tried them today. They are very good

sorry i can't answer your question, but do you buy the coconut flour online, or is it at a health food store or something?

I've got it at Green Fresh Market, but they closed I think you might find it at Fred Meyer, the brand is Bob's Red Mill so you could buy it online too. They have oat flour, delicious too, and all kinds of organic flours.

How much fat per serving? It looks like the calories don't add up. carb cals are 40 (4 x10); protein cals are 8 (4x2). That is a total of 48 cals, if you multiply the fat grams by 9 that will tell you the cals. The fat, carbs, and protein should all add up to the total amount of calories on the label, that is why you are getting the msg pop up that the label is wrong. My guess is you may have forgoten to enter the fat grams, and if the fat grams are zero, then there are only a total of 48 calories per serving and not 60, just adjust the ratio into the myplan section and count the calories as 48. It should work like that.

It looks like 1.5g of fat. That's approx. 13.5 calories. The total would the be 13.5 + 40 + 8 = 61.5. Try that and it should work.

It's funny to see this post today. I made muffins from Bob's Red Mill Coconut flour. They were outstanding...my first time using it in a recipe. I get it from either Mother's Market or Whole Foods Market.
