Default A little help Karen, please??

Hi there... thank you so much for all the informative replies to others and for your delicious recipes!! I have tried the Cauliflower Hashbrowns and Mashed Taters (love them both).... Today, I tried the Daikon Radish ones.... also loved them!!

Would you be able to give the nutritional breakdown, and mostly, the CARB count for each veggie?? I have done well on LC and hope to use it forever... greatly helped by all the wonderful recipes I find on this site.... I have searched, but have not been able to find the CARB count for the Daikon Radishes at all...

Just curious if using one or the other makes all that much difference.... thanks in advance....

In nutrition counters, daikon radishes are usually called oriental radishes which is why you've been having trouble.

We have a great nutrition counter on this site. It's in the second green bar at the top right of the page and is called My P.L.A.N.
