I have noticed in quite a few postings there is a reference to WOE? What is that? Please pardon my ignorance, I'm pretty new to the board. In context it seems to refer to a low-carb eating plan but I have no idea what the acronym stands for. Thanks!

.. I'm a baseball fan. To me, DH is the designated hitter. Kept reading posts from women referring to their dh, and I didn't know if they meant their spouse was really supportive and rooting for them, or if they meant something kinky. Sheeesh!
