rhubarb compote

Karen, want to try your rhubarb compote recipe but wondering if Splenda would work in place of liquid sweetner? Also how does this freeze? Lots of rhubarb so this would be a great addition. ANy other rhubarb rescipes?

Yes, you can use Splenda in place of the other sweetener. Rhubarb compote fresses very well.
