Oh man, Kimkins was awesome. I lost 14 pounds in 15 days back '06 or '07. Couldn't keep it up, though. I felt queasy all the time and didn't sleep a wink.

And now Oprah has her very own "healthy" food line. First I heard of it on the Weather Channel now.

Healthy is not low-carb. She has a pizza, only 1/3 of the crust is made with cauliflower. it has 40g carbs per serving...and a serving is 1/5 of the pizza.
