Default Any Somersizers still here?

I didn't know this forum was where you all posted. I've been coming here for quite some time, but usually only to the recipe section.

Anyway ~ just thought I'd post to see who's here... I'm very active on Suzanne's site (where I post as DebB), so maybe I "know" some of you from there? *Ü*

I recently saw Suzanne on Larry King Live, and she said you should add a regular potatoe to your diet once in a while.

Hi ~ I just bought Suzanne's latest book "The Sexy Years" where she goes into this in more detail. The addition of a small potato occasionally (and other good carbo items) with pro/fat meals is in her chapter for Level 2, where she goes into much more detail about how to stay balanced while maintaining the weight loss.

It's also something she recommends that long-time Somersizers do, even if they haven't reached their goal weight yet (if I understand it correctly - I have to reread that part). She touched briefly on this subject in "Fast and Easy" but goes into much more detail in her new book. *Ü*
