Hellloooo

Anyone have any of this guys books?
If so, are they any good?
Just curious.
I guess it's a low GI diet and there's some controversy
that Sugar Buster's basically stole his diet.
My library doesn't carry any of his books.

thanks

I saw it in a magazine and bought it but started low carb before it arrived...it sits at my house collecting dust, (from what I read out of the Montignac book) low carb is easier to manage AND understand....
I'm not trying to discourage anyone from using it AT ALL, its just my perception....
Alot of the book is in French portions and such (as well as food you prob wont find in the US, let alone the West coast!!)
I'm not saying it wont work, it sounds plausable, but difficult to understand unless you've had time...
Actually, from what I've read and what I've been told, the Suzanne Sommers diet is practically the same thing, but readable...
Hope this helped.....****JUST MY EXPERIENCE****

Heather:

Thanks for the reply.
I wish it was available at the library. I don't think I'll buy it.
I'll check out Somers sometime. I've already read SugarBusters which
is, basically, low GI and supposedly like M's diet.
