Default Colloidal Copper

Hi all -

I read the other day some very interesting stuff about colloidal copper and its good effects on health and well being.

Of course, I can not find that which I read (it may have been here somewhere) but did find a couple decent google search write-ups.

Has anyone tried this as a supplement and if so, did it seem beneficial?

Just curious as what I read made it seem like a very necessary mineral for our bodies and that over time, it gets depleted. From what I think I am remembering, I was very intrigued but didn't have the time to look into it.

Thanks for any input or advice -
Deanna

It is necessary, but you only need a little of it. It also interferes with zinc, so you need to balance those two.

Personally, I've tried it and found it didn't do a thing for me. It probably only helps if you're deficient and who knows if you are?
