Hi all, enjoying all of your good posts. I am doing CAD and having
to take it one day at a time. Somedays I do better than others.
But the scales, tho very slowly are going in the other direction.
Compared to the way I was eating before CAD guess they have
to. If I don't do so good one day I am not going to give up, and
just give it another try the next day, until I can get these cravings and tummy growlings under control. A question, on decaf
black coffee, is it just at meal times or can it be anytime?
I have drank decaf for years because of blood pressure.
And I don't like anything in it but coffee.

You can have decaf coffee any time as long as it's just coffee, no cream or AS.

Default cad for life

Well, this cad thing is just wonderful. I can't believe it. For the first time in my life I am eating three meals a day with no snacking in between, my appetitie is in control, and I don't feel deprived at all. Yesterday I had a six inch subway sandwich for my reward meal, and it filled me up. I felt like I should eat something sweet( because its my reward meal)but I really didn't even want it. I ended up eating a small pastry, but I could have easily done without. Ha, when I think back to only last week when I would lay on the couch and eat three or four pastries, followed by icecream etc etc.. It controls your snacking at night(You know, in front of the tv, reading a book) and I feel such a relief knowing that this is my plan for the rest of my life. It;s not even a diet, it's a miracle. It takes away the feeling of deprivation that you feel on all the other diets, and I find that when it's time for my reward meal(despite big plans of pasta and sweets and cakes) I can't even eat that much, and I end up eating a sensible dinner with a light dessert. Just got off atkins a while ago, couldn't stick with it. Too deprived. I recommend this to anyone. And if you ever hit a plateau, how about some exercise... best of luck everyone
