Unhappy My Stupid Question

I haven't read the boo Sugar Busters yet. Since I have it now, can I jump right to the fourteen day plan meals? I really have to try to get rid of my addiction to sugar.
Thanks

I think the fourteen day meal plan is for maintenance. Not 100% sure though.

Default I agree with Amy ...

in an interview the Authors stated that the menus are really for maintenance.

If you have the old book there is a Menu Guideline on page 138 that is very helpful.

Thanks for the feedback. After seeing Dr. Atkin's on the Donahue show last night, I think I am going to try that way of eating instead.
