Default Blood tests results

I have been FC for almost 4 months. I had blood tests done . Vit D level has finaly came up. Bloodsugar levels normal. Colesterol came down 30%. I lowered my Thyroid meds . My Blood pres went from 140/91 to 117/69. My doctor says that I am obsorbing everything better. I am waiting to reciecve book Fit For Life. I want ot eat more fruit. I am happy not have gas and other GI problems any more. The 30lbs weight loss is a bonus.. Food combining rocks!

Those are some amazing results! What kind of meals are you eating? 30 lbs in 4 months is amazing - that's what I hear from people who are very good at following food combining and fit 4 life style principles... With Fit For Life, I wonder if it's also due to the large amount of raw foods - ie., veggie salads and such. Fit For Life is also fairly low calorie overall.

Even so there are many cooked carb meals in the book - veggies and grains and such. It's great to see people eating carb combinations and having great health and weight loss with it.

Are you eating much grains, or focusing on the protein side of food combining?

I am glad to hear you are getting healthy. I have stopped having heartburn and high sugar as well since FC. It feels so good, I don't know why I ever stopped.
